Anita Briem was born in Iceland. Anita Briesm is an Icelandic performer, is best known for her role as Jane Seymour (the young woman who would later become the wife to Henry VIII) in the television series The Tudors. Also for the role of Hannah in the 2008 movie Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem was nine when she first began performing at Iceland's National Theater.
